Needlyser generates 1,500°C heat to oxidize infectious needles using home electricity.
The heat destroys infectious needles to dust within 3 seconds and sterilizes the dust which collects in the cartridge. The operating system of Needlyser is easier and more economical than hazardous containers. Healthcare workers can get rid of infectious needles simply.

2. The result.
The needle remaining after operating is only 1-2 mm and there is no more needle sharps.
Needle-sharps which cause serious needle-stick injuries are completely destroyed and rest of the needle will be changed to dust.
Of course, 1500 degree heat sterilizes the dust within seconds. The dust is collected in the cartridge. It is not dangerous any more and can be disposed of easily.
Volume of the dust is very little compared to the quantity of original needles. Capacity of the cartridge is approximately 1000 needles.
3. Dust.
Dust after disposal will be completely sterilized by high heat.
After operating, infectious needles are changed from needle-sharps to dust.
The quantity is very small compared to original needles and dust is not harmful any more.
